While you doubt yourself…

Sometimes we feel like life is tough and we have some difficulties dealing with the reality of everything happening at once, there always is just something! Why can’t everything just we smooth sailing?

And we start second guessing ourselves… Did I do the right thing? Did I say the right thing? Was this my best effort? Why am I not good enough? What am I doing wrong? These questions are endless and it becomes messy once we sail into a deep dark rabbit whole.

While you’re standing there poking at your reflection like, “Hmm, why am I a soggy noodle today?”  … Someone else is looking at you like you’re a superhero juggling eggs in a thunderstorm. Someone might think you are the mythical and magical unicorn that they just discovered.

Your brain and self-doubt might tell you, “I’m not enough.”
But the whole world might look at you in a different way, “WOW, look at that sparkle cannon go!”

So while you’re busy doubting, someone else is out here admiring your strength like it’s the latest best trend on Instagram. They do not see your doubts and worries, they see you for the magical creature you are.

Don’t forget, you’re the main character in your own fairy tale, not the person blurred in the background. You have the power to be anyone and do whatever you want!

Stay strong and tame the dragon in your mind.

  • Therapy for the Alarm Clock

An interesting idea emerged from a meeting we had today: “Therapy for the alarm clock.” Now, you are probably leaning back, sipping your coffee, and wondering why on earth a mechanical object would need a therapist.
