Welcome to Topic of the Month 2026!

A Fruitloopy, Heart-Powered Adventure Through the Year

Grab your mugs, fluff your cushions, and wiggle into your comfy-chat position — because 2026 is officially the year we talk about everything that makes life feel a little more excited.

And because I believe grown-ups deserve fun too (yes, even the tired ones, the busy ones, and the “just give me five minutes alone” ones), this year we’re doing something magical:

No pressure. No forcing. No “today everyone must discuss emotional rest OR ELSE.”
Just: pick the topic that sparks something in you — curiosity, joy, confusion, giggles, whatever.

And if people choose the same one? Amazing.
If everyone chooses different ones? Still amazing.
If someone wants to talk about values while someone else prefers silly work stories? Absolutely amazing.

We’re not here to match.
We’re here to meet — with real voices, real laughter, and real conversations.

A whole buffet of monthly themes, each loaded with juicy subtopics ready for you to bite into.
Here’s the full parade of wonder, whimsy, and wisdom we’ll be exploring:

Start the year by slowing down and learning to actually hear your thoughts. Think sacred pauses, morning rituals, and finally letting go of multitasking (or pretending to).

Rediscover what matters, why it matters, and how it quietly shapes every tiny decision… even the snack you choose at 10 pm.

What gives it? What steals it? What sends it flying out the door screaming? Let’s talk energy in all its beautiful, chaotic forms.

Dream jobs, wild bosses, funny fails, terrible meetings — this month is basically a therapy session with snacks.

Games from childhood, silly adult fun, “what if” adventures, and creative chaos.
Permission to play: granted.

Work, health, money, emotions, digital life…
Basically June asks: “Have you drunk water today?”

Not just sleep — emotional rest, digital rest, creative rest, and those little rituals that keep the soul soft.

Asking questions, exploring cultures, poking at ideas, and letting your brain wander into beautiful corners.

Budgeting without crying. Mindset without guilt. Spending without panic. Money talk, but nicer.

Time, emotions, digital life, communication — and the secret art of saying “no” without apologizing eight times.

The kind that feels warm, real, grounding, and not like something you read on a fridge magnet.

Bringing everything together — community, culture, communication, and that delicate dance between old and new.

Every month, you’ll see the list of subtopics.
Then you simply:

✔ Talk about it in our weekly meetings
✔ Listen to others
✔ Laugh a little
✔ Think a little
✔ Grow a lot

Conversation becomes easier when you choose it yourself.
And this time, we’re creating a year where everyone gets a voice, not just a topic.

Because the conversations aren’t random.
They’re human.
They’re real.
They’re connected to things we all deal with — from energy levels to work chaos to money confusion to gratitude and rest.

And most importantly…

They’re fun.
They’re safe.
And they’re ours.

Welcome to ToM 2026 —
where talking becomes a little adventure, learning feels like play, and every month hands you a new chance to understand life (and yourself) just a bit better.

✨ Here’s to a colourful, curious, fruitloopy year of conversations! ✨
