Sandwich Filler (Egg, Tuna & Avocado)

If you need a quick, no-nonsense sandwich filler that still feels a bit indulgent, this one’s a winner. It’s creamy from the avocado, hearty from the eggs and tuna, and the yoghurt keeps everything light and fresh. It’s the kind of mix you make once, taste “just to check,” and suddenly half the bowl is gone. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or just scooping up with whatever crackers are within arm’s reach.

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • ½ avocado
  • 2–3 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Mash the eggs and tuna together in a bowl.
  • Add the avocado and mash until creamy.
  • Stir in the yoghurt and salt.
  • Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of pepper for brightness.
  • Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip with crackers.
